Special mention to Jonaci and Michael for their exceptional hospitality, personalized service, and thoughtful gestures like remembering our names and making us feel truly welcomed. the attention to detail and care provided by the staff made our stay unforgettable, and we look forward to returning.

One improvement that could enhance the guest experience would be to offer late-night room service for the convenience of tourists unfamiliar with the neighborhood. This addition would provide a more seamless and stress-free stay, especially for those arriving late or desiring a midnight snack after a long day of exploring the vibrant city of New York.

The Hilton Garden Inn New York Times Square North exceeded my expectations with its prime location a short walk from the bustling Bryant Park and its modern, stylish guest rooms. The room amenities were impressive, featuring flat-screen TVs, spa-like bathrooms with rainfall showerheads, and even a refrigerator and microwave for added convenience. the 24-hour reception accommodated my early arrival seamlessly, providing an excellent level of service.

The only minor downside I encountered during my stay was the lack of complimentary water in the room. Although this was a small inconvenience, it would have been a thoughtful addition to the already exceptional amenities provided by the hotel.

It was very hot in the room, there was air conditioning; but if you wanted to cool the room with outside air, the window could not be opened . There's no breakfast service.

A great location in the heart of Manhattan. Rooms furnished in modern, comfortable beds, you feel at home there - helpful staff. Safe. You have an express: coffee and tea in your room. Downstairs restaurant - I recommend lunchtime - delicious and prices ok.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a fantastic location near some fantastic Brazilian restaurants. It was close to all the attractions I wanted to see, including Times Square. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, and the staff provided excellent service. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast and had great facilities, such as a large screen TV and a mini refrigerator to stock with personal items.

The only downside was the noisy air conditioner, which made it difficult to get a quiet night's sleep.

This hotel is a fantastic find! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Manhattan, with easy access to all the major attractions. Excellent reception, the receptionists are always smiling and friendly. The service of the hotel offered my mother balloons, cakes and champagne when they knew it was her birthday (Thank you Ambrie) The location is perfect 3-5 minutes walk from times square and 1 minute from 5th avenue, we could not hope for better, our stay was on foot, we took very little transport. The bedding is very comfortable. Our room on the 15th floor was very well soundproofed, we heard no noise day and night. You have a multitude of restaurants around the hotel to take your breakfast or dinner. We took a room for 3 (2 double beds), it was spacious and sufficient for a week's stay. In short, thank you for a great stay!

There are no moving shower heads, it's quite complicated to take a shower without getting your hair wet. Luckily the hotel service gave us shower caps.
